## Cancellation and refunds

All Banyan products are month-to-month with no lock-in. Cancellation is self-service from the dashboard. There is no cancellation fee. Pro-rated refunds are not offered for partial months, but billing stops immediately on cancellation.

## Annual billing

Annual billing is available on request for all products at a 20 percent discount (pay for 10 months, get 12). Contact sales@getbanyan.co to switch to annual billing.
