Our story

One Root.
Infinite Reach.

We're building the LinkedIn outreach platform we wished existed when we were running our last startup. Warm, human, rooted in context.

Why we built OutPilot

LinkedIn Outreach, Rebuilt For How India Actually Sells

For years, Indian founders had two bad options for LinkedIn outreach. Either you rented a Western SaaS tool priced in dollars, billed without GST, supported from a time zone that doesn't know what 11 PM IST feels like.

Or you installed a Chrome extension. Cheap. Risky. The kind of tool that injects scripts into LinkedIn's DOM, burns your account when the DOM changes, and dies the moment you close the tab.

Neither felt like it was built for us.

OutPilot is different. It runs on isolated cloud workspaces with country-matched residential IPs — the same infrastructure enterprise teams use, priced in rupees. It's mobile-first, because Indian founders close deals between meetings, not from a desk. It bills in INR with a GST invoice. And it's built by a team that answers Slack at 11 PM because we're on the same time zone as you are.

Multi-account campaigns. Unified inbox. Webhooks. API. LinkedIn Sales Navigator sync. A/B message sequences. Everything a modern outreach team needs — none of it behind a waitlist or a forex markup.

We're early. We're onboarding founding customers ourselves. If you want a direct line to the team building the product, now is the window.

What we believe

Four roots we stand on

🌱

Warm over cold

Every message we send is rooted in context. No blasts. No spam. Every conversation starts from something real.

🌿

Built for India

INR pricing. UPI. Indian buyer behaviour. Hindi and English voice. We build for the founders we actually talk to every day.

🌳

Patient growth

We're not trying to hit one big number. We're building 3,772 small roots, slowly. The banyan tree didn't grow in a quarter.

💬

Customer obsessed

Every Banyan user has the founder's WhatsApp. We still onboard teams ourselves. You talk to humans, not tickets.

How we got here

Our first 3,772 roots

2024 · Q2

The idea

After a year of cold email fatigue at our previous startup, we realised LinkedIn was where Indian buyers actually replied — but the tools were built for the US market.

2024 · Q3

First 10 design partners

10 founders across Bangalore, Gurgaon, and Mumbai joined as design partners. They shaped the warm-signal engine, the Indian pricing, the INR billing.

2024 · Q4

Public launch

Banyan Outreach launched publicly. 120 teams signed up in the first month. Our first customer booked 11 meetings in week one.

2025 · Q1

500 teams, 18K meetings

500+ teams now use Banyan to run warm LinkedIn outreach. Over 18,000 meetings booked through the platform. We're just getting started.
