Banyan vs HeyReach: which fits an Indian team?

HeyReach is a strong, genuinely cloud-native LinkedIn outreach platform, popular with agencies. OutPilot by Banyan is the same category, built and priced for India. Here is the fair version.

Quick verdict

Best for Indian teams and agencies who want cloud LinkedIn outreach billed in INR with GST, UPI and IST support: Banyan. Best for USD-billed agencies who want a mature whitelabel programme today: HeyReach.

Why founders choose Banyan

Three reasons it's different

1

The same architecture, a very different bill

Both products run your LinkedIn accounts in isolated cloud workspaces rather than a browser extension, and both hold sending inside human-pace limits. On safety, this is close to a tie, and we would rather say so. Where it stops being a tie is the invoice: HeyReach lists $79 per sender per month, which lands near ₹7,600 before your card adds a forex markup. Banyan runs about ₹2,500 per seat a month billed yearly, in rupees, with GST you can actually claim.

2

Rupees, GST and UPI, not a dollar subscription

A dollar subscription costs an Indian business more than the sticker price. Your card issuer adds a forex markup, international mandates fail more often than domestic ones, and the GST on a foreign SaaS invoice is not the same conversation with your CA as GST on an Indian one. Banyan bills in INR, takes UPI, RuPay and netbanking, and issues a GST invoice, so procurement stops being an argument.

3

One cockpit instead of an outreach tool plus a CRM

HeyReach is a focused sending platform and integrates outward for the rest; credit where due, it also ships an API and an official MCP server. Banyan ships the campaign engine, the unified inbox, a built-in CRM with your own pipeline stages, an AI Copilot, a CLI, a REST API and a full read-write MCP server, in one workspace on every plan. If you are an agency already paying for a separate CRM seat per client, that consolidation is usually the larger saving.
