Banyan vs Meet Alfred: which fits an Indian team?

Meet Alfred is one of the oldest names in LinkedIn automation โ€” cloud-based, multichannel across LinkedIn, email and X, built for teams and agencies. OutPilot by Banyan is the same category, LinkedIn-only by design, built and priced for India. Here is the fair version.

Quick verdict

Best for teams that want LinkedIn, email and X in one sequence, or agencies that need white label today: Meet Alfred. Best for Indian teams that want LinkedIn done deeply, billed in INR with GST, UPI and IST support: Banyan.

Why founders choose Banyan

Three reasons it's different

1

Multichannel breadth vs LinkedIn depth

Meet Alfred's real strength is breadth: one campaign can sequence LinkedIn, email and X together, starting on the Pro plan. If your motion is connect on LinkedIn, then follow up by email, Alfred does that in one tool and we do not โ€” Banyan is deliberately LinkedIn-only. What the focus buys you instead: merge-field sequences plus AI-drafted inbox replies that match your tone, a built-in CRM with your own pipeline stages, and an AI Copilot plus a full MCP server for your own agents. Alfred's AI stops at message personalisation. Depth or breadth is the honest question on this page, and it depends on where your buyers actually reply.

2

The veteran's claims, and what reviewers say

Alfred leans on longevity: ten years in market, 175,000+ registered users, support that responds in under three minutes โ€” all their own numbers. The review sites tell a rougher story. Their Capterra listing sits at 2.8 stars across 13 reviews, with slow support, persistent bugs and LinkedIn account blocks leading the complaints, and G2 reviewers who genuinely like the ease of use still flag support speed and pricing against newer rivals. Thirteen reviews is a small sample, and in fairness, Banyan is younger and has fewer reviews than Alfred does. Read both before paying either of us. What we will claim: our support works your hours, in IST, not a ticket queue nine time zones away.

3

What the entry plan includes, and in which currency

Alfred's $59 Basic plan is LinkedIn-only, capped at 3 active campaigns, with a basic CRM. Multichannel, unlimited campaigns, InMail and webhooks start at Pro: $99 a month billed monthly, or $49 a month if you pay a year upfront โ€” in USD, plus your card's forex markup, minus the GST input credit you would get on an Indian invoice. Banyan ships the full product on every plan: about โ‚น2,500 per seat a month billed yearly, in rupees, with a GST invoice you can claim and UPI, RuPay or netbanking at checkout. For an Indian team, the sticker price is not the real gap โ€” the billing plumbing is.
