Banyan vs Waalaxy: which fits an Indian team?

Waalaxy is the beginner-friendly, budget way into LinkedIn automation, and since July 2026 it is fully cloud-based. OutPilot by Banyan is the same category, built and priced for India. Here is the fair version.

Quick verdict

Best for Indian teams who want paced outreach on dedicated IPs, a real workspace and INR billing with GST: Banyan. Best for a solo beginner on a tight budget who fits inside a 300-invite monthly cap: Waalaxy.

Why founders choose Banyan

Three reasons it's different

1

Waalaxy fixed its extension problem. The caps and the shared IP remain.

For years the argument against Waalaxy was its Chrome extension. That argument is over: since July 2026 Waalaxy runs fully in the cloud, and we would rather tell you that than fight a ghost. What did not change is the model. Waalaxy sells a monthly invitation allowance, 300 on Pro and 800 above it, and runs up to five users behind one shared IP. Banyan does not meter invitations, it paces them: gradual warm-up for new accounts, randomised human-pace daily limits, automatic deferral when LinkedIn signals pressure, on a dedicated country-matched residential IP per account.

2

One account per seat versus a workspace

Waalaxy is strictly one LinkedIn account per paid seat, its Smart Inbox is a LinkedIn-only add-on, and a team workspace requires the Enterprise tier at five or more seats, every member on the same plan. Banyan is a workspace by default: multiple accounts, one unified inbox across senders, a built-in CRM with your own stages, on every plan. Their MCP server, to be fair, exists too, but it only imports prospects and sits behind the top plans; Banyan ships a full read-write MCP, a Copilot and a CLI on every plan.

3

Genuinely cheap for one person, expensive as a system

For a solo user sending a few hundred invites a month, Waalaxy at €19 is the cheapest respectable option and we will not pretend otherwise. The maths changes when outreach becomes a system: multichannel needs the €69 Business plan, every seat pays in euros with a forex markup, and there is no GST invoice at the end of it. Banyan includes the whole product on every plan, billed in rupees with GST you can claim and UPI at checkout.
