Our story

One Root.
Infinite Reach.

We're building the LinkedIn outreach platform we wished existed when we were running our last startup. Warm, human, rooted in context.

Why we built Banyan

LinkedIn Outreach, Rebuilt For How Modern Teams Sell

For years, outbound teams had two bad options for LinkedIn outreach. Either you rented a bloated enterprise SaaS tool, overpriced, slow to move, and supported by a ticket queue that takes days to reply.

Or you installed a Chrome extension. Cheap. Risky. The kind of tool that injects scripts into LinkedIn's DOM, burns your account when the DOM changes, and dies the moment you close the tab.

Neither felt like it was built for us.

Banyan's OutPilot is different. It runs on isolated cloud workspaces with country-matched residential IPs, the same infrastructure enterprise teams use, at a fraction of the price. It works wherever you do, on the web at your desk, on mobile when you're not. It bills in USD with simple, transparent invoicing. And it's built by a small team that actually answers when you reach out.

Multi-account campaigns. Unified inbox. A built-in CRM. Webhooks and a REST API. LinkedIn Sales Navigator import. An AI copilot, and an MCP server for your own agents. Everything a modern outreach team needs, none of it behind a waitlist or an enterprise sales call.

We're early. We're onboarding founding customers ourselves. If you want a direct line to the team building the product, now is the window.

What we believe

Four roots we stand on

🌱

Warm over cold

Every message we send is rooted in context. No blasts. No spam. Every conversation starts from something real.

🌿

Built for modern GTM teams

USD pricing. Simple billing. Multilingual outreach that matches how your buyers actually talk. We build for the teams we work with every day.

🌳

Patient growth

We're not trying to hit one big number. We're building 3,772 small roots, slowly. The banyan tree didn't grow in a quarter.

💬

Customer obsessed

Every Banyan user can reach the founders directly. We still onboard teams ourselves. You talk to humans, not tickets.

How we got here

Our first 3,772 roots

Early 2026

The idea

After a year of cold email fatigue at our previous startup, we realised LinkedIn was where buyers actually replied, but the tools were clunky, overpriced, and built for enterprise.

April 2026

First line of code

The first commit landed on 6 April 2026. Cloud workspaces and country-matched IPs were in the design from day one, not bolted on later.

April 2026

First campaign live

On 24 April the first LinkedIn account was connected and the first campaign started sending. Everything since has been shaped by what those campaigns ran into.

July 2026

Where we actually are

11 companies now run outreach on Banyan. 7,400+ connection requests sent, 34% accepted, 2,000+ replies received. Small numbers, real ones, and growing.
