Accounts that stay healthy

LinkedIn does not publish its detection rules, but the patterns behind restrictions are consistent: activity that moves faster than a human plausibly could, logins from datacenter IPs or IPs that hop countries, browser extensions injecting scripts into the page, and a pile of pending connection requests that nobody ever answers.

Every one of those is a tooling decision, made by whoever built the tool your team runs. Which is why we treat deliverability as architecture, not as a setting you toggle.

Every LinkedIn account connected to OutPilot runs in its own isolated cloud workspace on a country-matched residential IP, included on every plan. Your account signs in from the kind of IP a real person in your country uses, and keeps using the same one.

There is no Chrome extension. Nothing injects into LinkedIn's DOM, nothing breaks when LinkedIn ships a redesign, and nothing stops working because you closed a tab. The workspace keeps running in the cloud whether your laptop is open or not.

Daily activity runs inside human-pace ceilings, spread across your working hours on a per-account schedule rather than fired in bursts. New accounts start slow and ramp up gradually, the way a person who just discovered outbound actually would.

Invite hygiene is automatic: pending connection requests are capped on a graduated ceiling, and stale invites are withdrawn on a paced schedule so unanswered requests never pile up into the classic restriction trigger. When a ceiling is reached, campaigns defer and resume — they never hammer through it.

Each client account lives in its own workspace with its own campaigns, inbox and CRM views, so one client’s activity never bleeds into another’s. Per-account health and invite-quota views show you how every managed account is doing before a client asks.

And there is one thing OutPilot deliberately will not do: raise limits past safe levels. Not from the dashboard, not through the API, not by asking our AI Copilot nicely. The ceilings exist to protect the accounts you manage, so they are not negotiable, even with us.
