Dripify Review: An Honest Look From a Competitor

We build a competing tool, so read this with that in mind: what Dripify does well, where it fits better than us, and what to check before you buy.

  • Written by a direct competitor, we've said so at the top and throughout
  • Dripify is a mature multichannel tool: LinkedIn plus email, sequences, analytics
  • It's a better fit than us if you want LinkedIn and cold email in one sequence

On this page

We make Banyan, which competes with Dripify. You should read everything below with that in mind, and we’d encourage you to read their own material and someone else’s review too.

We’re writing this because “competitor reviews” in this industry are usually thinly disguised sales pages, and we think a genuinely fair one is more useful, including to us, because if you’re a better fit for them we’d rather you found that out now than after a month of frustration.

What Dripify is

A LinkedIn automation and email outreach platform. From their own site: it runs automated LinkedIn and email campaigns, with:

  • Multichannel sequences combining LinkedIn actions and email, with delays and conditional branching
  • AI-assisted personalisation, including generated icebreakers
  • Email finder and verifier for locating and validating business addresses
  • Data enrichment with B2B lead lists
  • Campaign analytics and LinkedIn performance tracking
  • A dedicated inbox for managing responses
  • Team management features

They position it for founders, sales professionals and HR, and cite 40,000+ companies.

It’s a cloud platform, not a browser extension. That distinction matters more than any feature on the list, extensions that inject code into LinkedIn pages are the architecture most associated with account restrictions. Dripify is on the right side of that line, as are we, as are Expandi and Heyreach. We wrote about why in our LinkedIn automation guide.

What they do genuinely well

Multichannel. LinkedIn and cold email in one sequence, with real branching. If your motion is “connect on LinkedIn, then follow up by email if they don’t respond,” that’s a first-class workflow for them. It isn’t for us , Banyan is LinkedIn-focused. This is a real reason to pick them.

Maturity. They’ve been at this a while and it shows in the analytics and the sequence builder. Mature software has fewer sharp edges.

Email infrastructure. Finder, verifier, enrichment. Buying that as part of the same subscription is genuinely simpler than assembling it.

They market well. Worth saying plainly, since we’re a competitor: they’ve built one of the strongest content operations in this category. Around 8,000 ranking keywords and roughly 90,000 monthly organic visits in the US. That’s not a product quality signal, but it does mean you’ll find plenty of help, tutorials and community answers, which has real practical value when you’re stuck.

Where we think we fit better

Stated as opinion, because it is:

India. We’re built for the Indian market, INR pricing without a currency conversion, support in your timezone, and defaults tuned for how LinkedIn behaves here. If you’re an Indian B2B team, that’s the case for us.

LinkedIn depth over channel breadth. We’ve put our effort into doing LinkedIn well rather than doing several channels adequately. If LinkedIn is where your buyers are and email isn’t part of the motion, breadth you don’t use is complexity you pay for.

Conservative defaults. Our sending limits start lower than most. Some people find that frustrating. We think it’s the right default for the thing being risked.

None of that makes us better. It makes us different, and different suits different people.

What to check before buying, any tool, including ours

These four questions separate tools that will serve you from tools that will cost you an account. Ask them of Dripify, of us, and of anyone else.

1. Is it cloud-based or a browser extension? Extensions inject code into LinkedIn’s pages and are the category most associated with restrictions. Dripify is cloud. So are we. If a tool installs into Chrome and clicks buttons while you watch, think hard.

2. What are the default daily limits, and can you lower them? A tool that ships with aggressive defaults is optimising for your first-week impression, not your account’s survival. Look for the ability to go lower than the default, and check whether new accounts get gentler limits.

3. What happens to your data if you leave? Can you export your leads, conversations and campaign history? Test this during the trial, not after.

4. Does the pricing page match the checkout? Currency conversion, taxes and per-seat minimums have a way of appearing late. Get to the final number before you commit.

An honest word on reviews of us

If you search for reviews of Banyan you’ll find fewer than for Dripify. We’re younger and smaller. That’s a real disadvantage when you’re trying to evaluate us, and we’d rather name it than have you discover it.

What we’d suggest: trial both properly. Run the same list through each for a week. Reply rates and how the tool feels to use daily will tell you more than any review, ours included.

The short version

Dripify is a mature, well-built, cloud-based multichannel tool with a strong support ecosystem. If you want LinkedIn and cold email in one sequence, it’s a better fit than we are and we’d rather say so.

If you’re an Indian team who wants LinkedIn done carefully, in rupees, with support in your hours, try us. If you’re not, try them, and use the four questions above on whoever you choose.

FAQ

Dripify is a LinkedIn automation and email outreach platform. It runs multichannel sequences combining LinkedIn actions and email, with AI-assisted personalisation, an email finder and verifier, campaign analytics, a shared inbox and team management. It positions itself for founders, sales teams and recruiters.
Is Dripify safe to use with LinkedIn?
Dripify is a cloud platform rather than a browser extension, which is the safer architecture, extensions that inject code into LinkedIn pages are the category most associated with account restrictions. Safety still depends on the sending limits you configure. No tool makes high volume safe.
Is Dripify better than Banyan?
For combining LinkedIn and cold email in one sequence, and for teams wanting a mature analytics suite, Dripify is the stronger product today. Banyan is built specifically for the Indian market with INR pricing and local support, and focuses on LinkedIn depth rather than multichannel breadth. Trial both, they are genuinely different shapes.
How much does Dripify cost?
Dripify publishes tiered pricing on its own site and it changes periodically, so check dripify.com/pricing for current figures rather than trusting a third-party page, including this one.
