How does billing work? +
Simple recurring billing through Stripe, monthly, quarterly, or yearly, and you can cancel anytime. No lock-in, no surprise charges.
What's the difference between monthly, quarterly and yearly? +
You get the same full product either way. Yearly is billed once a year at the lowest per-seat rate; quarterly is billed every three months; monthly gives you the most flexibility. Longer terms cost less per seat.
How does this compare to per-account tools like HeyReach for an agency? +
Per-seat pricing is where agency economics show. Ten seats on our Business tier cost $470 a month ($47 per seat, full product included), while HeyReach lists $79 per sender — $790 for the same ten. Their volume rates start at a $999-a-month platform plan; our rate simply drops to $47 a seat at 10+ seats, with no minimum spend.
Is the price really the same features on every plan? +
Yes. Solo, Team and Business all include the entire product, campaigns, every lead source, the unified inbox, built-in CRM, the AI Copilot, the API and MCP server. You only pay less per seat as your team grows.
Can I keep each client's workspace separate? +
Yes. Every plan includes client workspace isolation: each LinkedIn account runs in its own isolated cloud workspace with its own campaigns, inbox and CRM views, so client data never mixes. The REST API and MCP server are included for white-label reporting and ops.
What currency do you charge in? +
All prices are in US Dollars with no tax added on our side, and we accept all major cards via Stripe. For agencies billing US or AU clients in USD, your tooling cost and your revenue stay in the same currency — no forex slippage between them.
Clients come and go. Can I reassign or remove seats? +
Add seats any time, prorated for the rest of your current term. When a client leaves, reassign the seat to a new account immediately and reduce your count at the next renewal — you're never locked into seats you no longer need.
Is OutPilot safe for my clients' LinkedIn accounts? +
OutPilot runs inside human-pace daily limits, warms up new accounts gradually, and uses country-matched residential IPs. There's no Chrome extension injecting into LinkedIn's DOM, it runs in an isolated cloud workspace.
