How does billing work? +
Simple recurring billing through Stripe, monthly, quarterly, or yearly, and you can cancel anytime. No lock-in, no surprise charges.
What's the difference between monthly, quarterly and yearly? +
You get the same full product either way. Yearly is billed once a year at the lowest per-seat rate; quarterly is billed every three months; monthly gives you the most flexibility. Longer terms cost less per seat.
Is the price really the same features on every plan? +
Yes. Solo, Team and Business all include the entire product, campaigns, every lead source, the unified inbox, built-in CRM, the AI Copilot, the API and MCP server. You only pay less per seat as your team grows.
Do you charge in GBP? +
Billing is in US Dollars via Stripe, and we don't add tax on our side. Most UK cards handle USD transactions with a small currency conversion from your card issuer, check your bank's rate. GBP billing isn't available yet.
What are your support hours for UK time zones? +
Slack and email support runs through the full UK working day, our team's working hours overlap UK business hours from morning to end of day. Messages late in the UK evening are picked up first thing the next morning.
Can I add or remove seats mid-term? +
Yes. Add seats any time, they're prorated for the rest of your current term. Seat reductions take effect at your next renewal.
Is OutPilot safe for my LinkedIn account? +
OutPilot runs inside human-pace daily limits, warms up new accounts gradually, and uses country-matched residential IPs. There's no Chrome extension injecting into LinkedIn's DOM, it runs in an isolated cloud workspace.
